Boeing 787 approved for takeoff

On April 19 F.A.A. approved the Boeing 787 to take off again after much testing and two planes proving the new changes to the batteries new insulation. This has provided acceptable to the authorities that the Boeing 787 can resume its flying.

On January 16, 2013 the F.A.A. grounded all Boeing 787 aircraft due to two recent incidents on the lithium batteries. After extensive testing and NTSB and other agencies around the world the safety regulations have been met and the program can now move forward. Many airlines were eager for the program to be allowed to fly again. Even though the cause of the incidents are still unknown to date the modifications that Boeing and flight testing have proved it is safe to fly the aircraft.

As technology emerges and new areas of fuel efficient ways come around there are going to be a few bumps in the air. Innovative ideas were never straight forward and all safety concerns have been addressed to get the Boeing 787 back up and flying
